Road use covers include #210, #772, #845, #884, #949, #982, #1007, #1505. Construction is of thicker castings.

Subtle variations on MMBW Valve covers - #739 and #82. The former has slimmer ID and less close to the circle. MMBW S/Tap (#780) indicates a Service Tap id. Similar design.

#1007. Very old style MMBW cover. Sturdy and heavy duty. Suitable for both roadways and footpaths. Trivia - The raised lugs to prevent horses hooves skidding in wet weather. This shows how old many covers can be.
